Refund Policy
BeaconWP by Hidden Point Studio
Refund requests should be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be considered where BeaconWP is demonstrably non-functional in a supported environment and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through support.
2. Required Support Workflow
Before opening a Stripe dispute or payment reversal, you agree to contact Hidden Point Studio support and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt resolution.
3. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate license suspension or revocation, removal of access to updates, modules, and cloud services, and permanent denial of future purchases.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Unsupported environments
- Failure to read setup documentation
- Feature requests or preferences outside the licensed scope
- Refund abuse or repeated dispute behavior
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions and processors may require additional time for funds to appear.
