How These Documents Apply

Hidden Point Studio develops multiple software products, platforms, technologies, and creative properties. The legal center provides common policies where appropriate while allowing product-specific terms to apply when a product or service requires them.

If a signed agreement, order form, beta agreement, enterprise agreement, or other product-specific contract conflicts with general website terms, the applicable agreement should identify which terms control that relationship.
