BeaconWP by Hidden Point Studio
1. Acceptable Use
You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, bypass licensing, violate laws, or use BeaconWP in a manner that harms Hidden Point Studio, other customers, or connected infrastructure.
2. Service Availability
Hidden Point Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, host, or external service.
3. Dependencies
BeaconWP depends on WordPress, your hosting environment, payment processors such as Stripe, and other external services. Hidden Point Studio is not responsible for failures, outages, or conflicts caused by those third-party systems.
4. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, unauthorized redistribution, licensing violations, or activity that creates legal or technical risk.
5. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, United States, on an individual basis. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hidden Point Studio against claims, damages, and legal costs arising from your misuse of BeaconWP or your breach of these Terms.
7. Force Majeure
Hidden Point Studio is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, hosting failures, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, or government action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Point Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages related to BeaconWP or related services.
